¿Cuál es el horario de check-in y check-out? ¿Se permite el check-out tardío?
El check-in es a partir de las 15:00 y el check-out es a las 11:00. El check-out tardío tiene un costo de $20 por hora con un máximo de 3 horas, previa aprobación. Pasado ese tiempo, se cobrará un día adicional.
¿Qué documentos y procedimientos son necesarios para el registro?
Se requiere una identificación oficial y una tarjeta de crédito válida para la autorización previa del monto total de la estancia más impuestos. Esta es una retención temporal y su liberación depende del banco.
¿Qué restricciones existen en cuanto a fumar, fiestas y mascotas?
No se permiten fumar ni organizar fiestas en las habitaciones. Hay un cargo de $150 por violación de estas políticas. Las mascotas (perros y gatos) son bienvenidas por un costo adicional, con responsabilidad del huésped por cualquier daño.
¿Cómo garantizo mi reserva y cuál es la política de cancelación?
Las reservas se garantizan con tarjeta de crédito o un depósito del 50%. Las cancelaciones deben realizarse con al menos 30 días de anticipación o se cobrará el total de la estancia. El no-show genera un cobro del 100%.
¿El hotel se hace responsable de mis pertenencias y qué sucede si daño algo en la habitación?
El hotel no se responsabiliza por dinero o valores dejados en la habitación. Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier daño en las instalaciones, con un cargo mínimo de $100.
